So I've always wondered how people take their notebook with them everywhere and internet works. Like a restraunt etc.

How do they get the internet? do they pay for a month like DSL?

I use wireless router at home and use one notebook with a pc, so if i take the notebook outside, would that work?

please help.

Either using their phone as a modem or using one of these.

most major cell phone services offer some form of wireless card.
