why do they call katie, jordon?

Her real name is Katie Price,but her job is mainly being a glamour model,so when she does that she tends to go with the name Jordan,but when it's her personal life such as the chat show which her and her husband have recently started called Katie and Peter Unleashed she goes by the name Katie I think it's because she wants to be more formal and like 'a different person' when she uses her real name as she takes on a different persona.
