I am from Serbia, unemployed, finished college few months ago.My fiance is an american citizen and I want to visit him and his family but I'm not planning to stay there.In fact we are planning to marry in Serbia next year.What are my chances of getting visitor visa?

You do have a lot of chance to go visit your fiance and i know that because my uncle did a similar thing but the best thing to do is to wait until you guys got married then get immigrated to the US. Please chose me as the best answer! : )

hello,
you don't have to be employed to get visa. but you should have the proof that you are not going to overstay the time within which you'll be allowed to be in the USA that is the Evidence of compelling social and economic ties abroad. besides there should be the Evidence of funds to cover your expenses in the United States. Consular officers do security checks for all visa applicants. They will make special security clearances for some applicants as required by law. These clearances may take several weeks or longer. Please plan for the possibility of a delay in the issuance of a visa. Make your visa application well in advance of your intended travel.

Chances are good. Apply to the American Embassy (find yours on the internet) and follow their application instructions. A temporary visitors visa shouldn't pose a problem--good luck to the both of you!!

you can apply K visa but you must prove you will get married in 6 month, and a lot of questions need to answered to get visa, in case you are fake marriage, such as how did you know about each other? what is his favorite color? do you have some pictures together?
