Yep.
Million of dollars, years of time and effort, hours spent in congress yammering about this and that - for what?
A BJ.
These people are pathetic.

Of course not. All it confirmed was that the Republicans were on such a witch hunt that they spent over $70 million dollars and countless man hours trying to do anything and everything to prove criminal activities against the Clintons and they failed miserably. It still makes them feel bitter. So now they act like all that b.s. actually amounted to something. No indictments, no trials, no convictions. But they still call them criminals. Proof? Pshaw!! Who needs proof when you're a Republican dedicated to character assassination. I used to wonder often after all that garbage if the Republicans were that stupid or the Clintons were that smart. Either way, it made the Republicans look like idiots.
What's really funny is that Bill Clinton, like an idiot, brought his own tower tumbling down, and the head kook that was after him, Newt Gingrich, was busy having his own extramartial affair while going after Clinton for the same thing. Can anyone say "hypocrite?"

Ken Starr was appointed by Henry Hyde who was hiding a son 21 years old that he had with his mistress, Old Newt got kicked out about his mistress, they choose Bob Livingston for Speaker of The House right before the vote to impeach Clinton and swear in Livingston as Speaker , " He said I can't take this post I'm resigning because I can't vote against Bill Clinton to be impeached because I have have had a Mistress in LA. for 20 years and I don't plan on giving her Up".. NO the house was Republican during this none of their business of a personal problem was being investigated. They then picked Old Hassert because he was the only thing left. What a wicked web you cons weave. Your whole party are all corrupt, Bill Clinton was not impeached by the Senate so he ran another term and won. Have a nice day, You Republican you had nothing to gossip about your party was doing twice as bad..

Boy, this question brought out the wingnuts.
My favorite "Black Helicopter" kook has to be the guy claiming "secret missile technology sold illegally to China".
I distinctly remember that it was Janet Reno's Justice Department that brought charges against the Loral Corporation and Hughes Electronics, not for any technology transfer per se, for providing post-mortem analysys on why a long march rocket exploded on takeoff. That's right, the Clinton Administration prosecuted Loral and Hughes (resulting in hefty fines for both corporations) because they helped find out why a satellite launch failed.
Interesting enough, Ken Starr was the counsel for Hughes Electronics at the time, and within his first two months in office, George W. Bush signed an executive order making what was done by those companies completely legal and paving the way for the outsourcing of much of the US computer manufacturing. Shortly thereafter, IBM sold the PC division to Lenovo (owned by the Chinese Government).

That's the sum and total result of millions of dollars spent in trying to bring down the Clintons. It finally came down to a BJ from an intern legally old enough to make her own decisions. White Water turned out to be a trickle in a thunderstorm. The Clintons have been smeared with the name of just about anything the republicans could conjure up. How sad that there is an element of people in our country that can be so easily fooled.

The intense scrutiny of the Clintons yielded little and wasted a lot of our money. This is good for Hillary because she knows there will be no unpleasant surprises about her past—at least no truthful ones.
The hate campaign against Hillary will continue unabated but everyone has heard all the smears before and most people couldn’t care less.

True! But don't worry, you can count on the Republicans pulling the same BS on every Democratic Pres. from now until the end of time.
Its critical for them to try to make a scandal claim every week or two or the country would finally realize that the Reps. crooks out# the Dems. a million to one

Aaaaaah, so many whiners with so few facts. Clinton was never charged with, much less convicted of, perjury (other than by the Republican House of Reps.) And Clinton was not "disbarred." He was required to put his law license on the shelf for five years-it is no longer "on the shelf."
