The old hard drive is trying to load about a hundred hardware drivers for the wrong computer. You'll have to reload Windows from scratch.

*sigh* windows expects certain hardware to be there and is configured for such. You can't simply take a hard drive out of one computer and use it in another. The motherboard, processor, cd drives, floppy drives, graphics card, monitor are all different even if they are both dell.

You cannot take a hard drive that was running in another computer and put it in a different computer and expect it to work, The hard drive and operating system work together and configured them selfs to the computer they were in to match the bios and other hardware . Just to make it simple it will not work

You are not going to boot into Windows when the drivers on your hard drive are for the chipsets on the old motherboard. You need to reinstall windows.

maximum in all probability it relatively is no longer booting from the installation disk. attempt to open the BIOS and notice if the cdrom is the 1st device interior the boot sequence, if no longer do it. Then save bios and go out. Now next time in case you restart your workstation you need to make certain an alert on the exhibit to "Press any key as nicely from the disk" and after doing so , you're able to start up the installation technique
