I have the "Motor Trend" 500 Peak Amp Mini Jumpstart System with Twin Lights and 2 DC Ports....used to help jumpstart your car when it won't start. All it has is the two jumper cables. I'm trying to figure how to use it? And...no I'm not that dumb, but I'm wanting to know if I put the cables on the battery and then turn the key or do I need to do anything else? Any correct order (red/black)? Thanks! (first time jumper/user of one of these things)

Put the red cable on the positive battery terminal
Put the black cable clamp on a ground away from the battery to avoid a spark near the battery.
You may have a switch or button on the jumper box that you need to turn to activate the box (some do, some do not. I do not know about that model)
Turn the key and start the car.
Remove the black cable from the ground. Remove the red cable from the battery. Close the hood!

put the cables on the battery red is for positive and black is for negative then get in and turn key

red goes with red, black goes with black. make sure radio and lights and everything are off. then start your car.
