if u like going out door , try something adventurous, u can go to the unexpected places like paris, disneyland, ancientgrave, tasmania
if u like indoor activity, go try to visit museum like louvre, fossil museum, etc. or gardening, or keep a new favourite pet
i think with ur bike u can go take someone u loved to a journey to a park or hidden place just for u both

no telling what your age is or I might be of more specific help
how about GIVING instead
what are your interests?
what do you enjoy the most when you have time and can do whatever you want?
maybe you could help a kid who may be in a bad situation right now get better at doing what you enjoy?
Ask a school counselor or call big bro/sisters of america and see what you could help with
I guarantee you will get more out of helping someone else
than any new toy that could be purchased.
Or pets? Could you help out at a local shelter, just spend time with the animals of your choice.

I always like getting old boardgames for my birthday or if you have a hobby/ intrest like movies (an example) you could always ask for a basket of a perfect movie night. Like a big basket full of blockbuster giftcertificates, your favorite candy and some movies you would or do enjoy.
