Diesel (Nash) vs. Bob Backlund. That was a funny one....
More recently:
Any Khali vs. smaller opponent (like Mysterio, Hardy, Jamie Noble, ect.)

I have two I can think of. One I saw in person. El Gigante (Giant Gonzales) vs Trooper Buddy Lee at a WCW house show. El Gigante stepped into the ring, grabbed Buddy by the face and slammed him to the ground and pinned him by his face. It took about 7 seconds. Second is Diesel (Kevin Nash) vs Bob Backlund at MSG for the WWF title. 10 second squash match and fastest win for the Title ever. Basically Nash just grabbed Backlund and power bombed him taking all of 10 seconds from the ringing of the bell.

Well, this match that i am going to tell you it didn't actually ended in a minute or something like that but the one guy never touched his opponent in nearly 15 minutes and even more...
I am talking about the matvh between
Umaga and that guy(jobber) last Monday on RAW...
Umaga squashed his opponenet so bad and he did not allowed to couch him!!
btw,At 3 PM Central Time starts my Tourney...
