After giving birth to my last baby i took advice from my family planning clinic nurse and went on the depo needle. I had my first injection on 11th september and i had my period on the 3rd october iam still bleeding quite heavy and clotting. Iam still leaking breast milk even tho iam bottle feeding. I has this injection 2 wks after my first proper period since having the baby. Ive been told the clinic nurse was wrong in giving me the needle as you should be 5 days into your period. Can any one give me some information please.

With the breastmilk, I'm not sure.
With the bleeding, its normal.
Some bleed for months, some have periods, and some spot at odd times.
