Create Css Layouts??

Question

Can anyone here create Css layouts really nice ones? i will pay as long as its not too expensive i wont mind please anyone, and if you dont have a answer please dont answer with search it on google, or yahoo.

oh and if you have any examples i would love to see them

There are many good, free sources of CSS layout examples and codes. When I was researching for a couple of web sites I was designing, these were the two that helped me the most,

I looked through most of their examples and ended up using a few of the layout and menu options that they both had.
