i am a waitress so its 99% physical and the other 1% mental hehe but im also a full time student and that is when its 100% mental so in all im still 50 /50

Mental. I work in the HR Dept. I have to make sure the company runs smoothly and nothing illegal is going on. Plus, I also help with the Payroll Dept and answer all payroll inquiries. I'm almost always in front of a computer, lol. And I think the heaviest thing I've had to pick up is a stapler! :)

both. im a mom. and a wife, i have to do a ton of physical work around the house, and very mental because boy let me tell you, being stuck someplace for a length of time can really make you go on your last nerve. especially when the kids are close in age and LOVE to fight!

Well, I am a nanny, so its not really mentally challenging.

I guess I would say physical, although it isnt really, simply because I have to chase the kids around and what not
