stores like babiesrus and bombay kids are known to hire pregnant women. plus, you can get an amazing discount on things you will be needing very soon.

I am a stay-at-home wife (almost mom also) and I have been so bored. I have tried to find a job to have something to do, and nobody will hire me at all. Some of the way people act, or things they say when you apply for a job is so ridiculous. It's almost the holidays so a lot of places should be hiring pretty soon for seasonal. Look for a lot of hiring signs especially shops and the mall. I sell things on ebay sometimes to make a little extra cash around the house. Go to antique stores or thrift stores and find things and resell them on ebay. Clean out your closets and see what you can sell. Every penny counts. If places you have applied at have specifically said "we cannot hire you because you are pregnant" that is considered discrimination and make sure you remind them of that and a possible lawsuit. I bet they will reconsider hiring you. Places cannot ask "are you pregnant." All the places I have applied at have come up with other excuses like "well we need someone who can lift" or "we're not hiring at the moment" or "we're looking for someone permanent." Goodluck and congrats on your baby

I personally wouldn't hire a 7month pregnant woman. Not to discriminate, but its just impractical. I'd have to train you and then in a month or so you'd have to go on maternity leave. Then I would have to look for a new employee, then its training all over again. Sorry, I'm not trying to discourage you to not go, I just don't want you to get gour hopes up. But who knows, you might do so well that your pregnancy wouldn't factor. Good luck!

Hunny, face it. Your preggie and no one wants a kncked up pizza girl! It WILL be hard to find a job when your almost ready to give birth! Try to find a home job, orfind a job were you can plant your behind in a chair most of the day. Oh, and if you can, get a desk close by the bathroom!

Suggestions:
-secratary
-baby sitter (with another person with like 3 kids)
- assistant
-computer consultant

Also you can try a web site like

www.jobs.com - (but not totally sure that is a real website)
www.Monster.com
Look for ads in the newspaper, also!

Good luck to you and your baby!

There's this online job they outsource for a lot of the cable companys, best buy and ect. You work from home and the pay is around 9.25 an hour it's legit. Go to hirepoint.com and submitt and application. If and when you get hired I would suggest using direct deposit.

Good Luck

Another option is to look into temp work in the manufacturing industry. Not labor ready. We have one nearby called evergreen and all i did was sit on a stool and fold notebooks all day the next day was hot glue gun and putting a soon to be released video game announcement together all day. It's temp work so if you just don't feel like working the next day you just let them know and you won't be scheduled. If you do well and like the work alot of the time it can lead to permenant employment down the road.

wow Fired? Hmm that sounds like discrimination. I would find out about that. There are rights that protect you against that. You know i was 7 months and was trying to get hired at Forever 21, I went about sueing them but I didnt have much evidence when it came down to the name of all managers. (Darn) only thing I lacked in. Consider a lawyer. Advice to look into daycare.

They can not not hire you because your pregnant. They wont admit it but they they probably are not hiring you because you are pregnant. You can ask the employer why you weren't hired.
