A lot of doctors will say that she shouldn't, but then they will also say that she needs to be comfortable. Her body will let her know when she is getting too hot. I took a hot bath every day of my pregnancies and both of my children came out perfect. Plus, the hot baths helped to relieve my stress (which will help a woman carry the baby longer), and helped to reduce swelling and back pains.

Hope this helps.

Actually yes it is okay, as long as it does not feel too hot to her (but then again she probably wouldn't get in it, would she.) The reasoning behind this is that when you take a bath the water cools fairly quickly. You are not supposed to go in the jacuzzi/hottub because while it might be the same temp as a bath, it does not cool down and it's that longer exposure to the hot temperature that might affect a baby. Congrats!

Of course its ok, some experts say that if a bath is taken and you dont know how to tell if your water has broken, that even sometimes when your done with your bath, that you may still leak a bit water little by little.

She is fine. She can take a bath up until her water breaks.

Yes she can have a bath (not very hot though) - and you might have to help her out of it afterwards. A bath is nice and relaxing when you're pregnant and won't do any harm.

Unless she is on bed rest or has a high risk pregnancy, its completely ok for her to take a bath.

baths are fine if the water is warm. you cant use hot water. it will make yours and your baby's body temperature rise and that is bad. so no hot tubs either
