Unless you were the one providing them the alcohol, or if you were the one in charge of the property they were drinking on, I don't see where there would be a law prohibiting that.
After reading TedEx's comment, I have to agree... if you go looking for trouble, you are probably going to find it.

The best way to stay out of trouble is to stay away from trouble.
The job of the police is to maintain law and order. So, if there;'s a disturbance in which alcohol was involved and you're at the scene, you can expect to be arrested.
If you're an innocent bystander,, then it will be sorted out at the arraignment and hearing. But if you want to avoid all that troubel, just get away from there as fast as you can.

I don't know the law for Alaska, but I can positively tell you that there is a charge for that in Pennsylvania.
I only say that so you know that there are indeed laws against that in some places, so you know it's possible for your state also.
(I'm assuming you're a minor, of course.)

No you can't and won't. Unless of course the people around you were minors and you supplied them with alcohol.
And you won't be arrested either if you were stinking drunk but wouldn't operate a motor vehicle (drive a car).

Depends, if they were disturbing the peace then you can be guilty by association.
