I know that Clark sent the Bizzaro away, but I didn't see how this girl ended up on Earth.

she came in a ship like clark did you can see the previews on you tube i have just been watching them

Apparently shortly after the infant Kal-El (Clark) was sent to earth Kara about 17 was in a similar spaceship to look after Clark however her ship was trapped in reeve's Dam and left in suspennded animation for approxmetly 18yrs never aging well Clark grew older. Eventually when Clark and Bizarro's fight broke the dam the ship was released and she appeared saving Lex from drowning in the water released after the dam broke. her ship ended up in the woods and when Clark and Lois were walking in them Kara shoots out and knocks out Lois. Later Clark has Chloe run a search and finds her going around pre-schools looking for Clark who she thinks would be that age. Clark encounters her and attacks her at superspeed demanding answers. Realizing he is not of Earth Kara explains her search for Kal-El and Clark tells her he's him and eventually convinces her

She came in a spaceship, I think the first good scene she had was when she saved lex from drowning, then clark met her when him and lois was in the forest checking out kara's ship. She came and knocked lois the hell out!

Her spaceship was submerged in a lake for 17 years until the dam broke and exposed the ship. She was in suspended animation the whole time.
