Becasue for one with stuff like sexual orientation, it's one of the few things that can cause a guy misery and MONEY LOSS. I.E. Less chance of owning your own business and getting customers or getting hired. With Woman it's looks they are less likely to be hired for instance as a secretary unless they look good IT'S SAD. With men it's beliefs and how they feel about things. PEOPLE NEED TO BE MORE ACCEPTING. In reality that is kinda how society is though.

Doesn't mean a man doesn't feel things, judge him by his actions, not words. And on the topic, does seem women talk on and on about their emotions and it is exhausting.

It's partly cultural; men are supposed to be 'strong' and 'stoic' and not succumb to their emotions, and partly the influence of testosterone on the brain; it tends to suppress emotion
