I was travelling from Statford upon Avon where we had staayed for the night after a Christening further South I did not go to the gym and if I can avoid it tomorrow I will not go the gym then either. I do not enjoy it but I will have to go on Wednesday if I wanr my back hips and legs to hurt less. They will but I don't enjoy the bikes cross trainers or the other instruments of torture . I do enjoy the steam room and my swim and also the hydro-pool if I have time so it's not all bad news, I'm just thankful that I can still do these things.

Slept all afternoon after taking too many painkillers. Didn`t realise that the GP had given me 5mg instead of 2mg. Missed a beautiful day,
