Id take it back to the dealer - but first a couple questions: has the tractor been put on its side or driven forwards down a steep slope? Hows the oil level? Does it smell like gas mixed in with the oil?
Driving forward down a steep slope literally can make the oil pour directly thru the valves and into the combustion chamber.
Oil level - should be checked every time before its started.
Too much oil will obviously flood the motor, but if theres a hint of gas in the oil- then that means the carb float is sticking , letting fuel run into the motor and flooding the oil resivior( which eventually thin the oil so much , itll literally tear the motor berings apart and blow up the motor.

Sounds like either a broken piston, or piston ring. Under warranty?, take it back now, also could be badly scored cylinder wall or out of round wall.
My neighbor had one, a 12 hp, with only one compression ring installed from the factory, so mistakes do happen.

Bad exhaust valve guide, allows oil past the valve stem, into the head. Could also be a bad piston ring. You'll foul plugs and burn oil till you get it fixed, take it in asap.

if oil is coming out of the exhaust that means that you have bad piston rings and need to get it fixed asap

Make sure that it is not overfilled with oil before you take it back to the dealer or repair shop.
