Stick with a neutral colored wall, such as white, beige, cream, etc. or even a very pale pink... then if you want to add some color I'd definitely use black; maybe go around the room with a fleur de lis or polka-dotted stencil, either near the ceiling or near the floor... you don't want your walls to be too busy because 1- you're not gonna want to have too much painting to do should you decide to change your bedspread, and 2- your bedroom should be all about the bed, the bed should be the main focus, it is the most important part of the room because it is where you sleep and sleep is important... 3- busy walls may make it hard to relax.

That's really pretty. Maybe paint the walls in the lavender color that's on the bedspread. Or pick a totally different color to accent with - like a bright light lime green. That way there you don't end up with just a pink and black room. Always have at least 3 colors to work with.

Oh wow - that is quite the design!!!

I would paint my walls a neutral colour as a bright colour on the wall would be too much - for me at least. Perhaps picking out the paint/colour you want first and then deciding on the blanket is a better idea???

My room has all white furnishings (some black) and tricks of zebra and splashes of warm crimson right here and there. It seems very state-of-the-paintings and modern. To off set the black and white, I painted my partitions an extremely faded crimson. It truly ties each thing mutually and it seems great! All my acquaintances loove it. :) stable luckk!

I'd say light pink or leave the walls white and have one small wall painted red.

Well i would bring out the pink. I would paint my walls the pink of that comfoter and then do black polka dots around top of each wall.

Good luck and have funn!

Try a light relaxing green color or a warm brownish mustard that will let your bed be the focus.

I would say white. It really matches it and if you think of blue walls or something like that, you will know it doesn't match.

so stick with the white walls.
