I have had irregular periods for about a year now, and I hardly ever get my period anymore. However, there is a certain time of the month that I feel depressed and have symptoms of PMS, but my period doesn't come. I'm 15 years old, and have been going to the doctor because of my absent periods, but they said that my hormones are regular now (they were too low before), but then how come my period isn't coming?

Yes, one can have PMS while dealing with irregular periods. As for why your period hasn't come yet if you have only had your period for a short time (like less than a year or two) your body is still trying to adjust to the changes going on inside of it and can skip for a time til the periods are regular.
