it is? The lump is in the upper breast almost under my arm. I am calling my doctor tomorrow, in the mean time what do you think? Could the lump be causing the arm pain. The pain shoots from my shoulder to my elbow to my wrist and through my fingers. Any Opinions?

Probably an inflamed lymph node. Their job is to filter the blood stream and remove bacteria. You should see your doctor tho because you should never delay having a lump around your breat analyzed
