Can you run a Kenmore Elite He4 US dryer in the middle east?

The dryer is 240 v 60 hertz but it won't work in the middle eastern electricity.

NO, solves that problem ,! looks like you will have to get one that runs on there voltage, why people take us appliances to the east is beyond me,
