This is why the rhythm method is NOT a reliable form of contraception.
Depending on how long ago this was, you may still be able to take the morning after pill or have a coil fitted as emergency contraception.
You should also see your doctor if you need a pregnancy test or if there is any chance you may have been exposed to a STI.
