There is a foul smell coming from the shower drain and I can't figure out what the hell it is. It smells so bad. I have tried using drano twice and bleach twice and neither did a thing. I have a cover on the shower drain right now just to block the smell. Man it reeks. I know for sure it is the shower drain. Any ideas on what it is and how I can get rid of it?

Sounds like your trap is dry. Pour a quart of cold water into the drain to renew the trap seal. Stop mixing chemicals in the drain.

It sounds like there is no trap on the shower drain. This allows sewer gas to enter the area. If possible, look down into the drain and see if there is water sitting there. Pour more water in and see if it stays. If it stays, flush the toilet while watching the drain. You may have a vent problem (or lack of a vent connected to the shower drain) and when the toilet is flushed, it sucks the water out of the shower drain trap.
