in comparison to sucrose, glacatose, and startch, why does glucose ferment the best?

please help me im lost! =)

Glucose can be metabolized directly. Other carbohydrates have to be broken down to glucose before they can be metabolized.

because it has high sugar levels well it pretty much is sugar

have you tryed looking in your text book i would check mine but its at my moms house
