i have one of thos egg carton foam things but its not helping

A tempurpedic topper. It is NOT egg crate, and helps SO MUCH!!!!!!

i have one of those memory foam mattress toppers on my bed, it cost about 100 for a queen one, but it did help tremendously and it is a lot less expensive then buying a new mattress.
Also they have feather beds, that you put on top of mattresses, they aren quite as costly as memory foam, and they are super comfy!!

I was going to say Memory Foam, it's a little more expensive.
You could also try a futon, down or fibre-filled.

a feather bed. it is not an entire bed. it is just a layer of feather bedding you can just lay on top of your existing mattress. it is super comfortable and affordable. it is much cheaper than buying a new matress. i hope i helped!

try getting a mattress cover, you can get one for cheaper then you can a comforter. And they can be very comfortable!
