Sounds like you next step is to revoer your e-mail password. If you don't have an aynomus account somewhere online you should be able to recover it.

There's nothing any random stranger online can do about you forgetting your passwords. You should either create a password log somewhere or use a standard set of 6 or so passwords you always use so you don't have to remember a lot of them.

To log into the game, you just need to know your password, character name, and the associated e-mail address. That should also be enough information for the NCSoft support staff to recover the name of your Master account (assuming you have one!) if you fill out a form. I forgot my NCSoft master account name and password (fail, lol!) and they recovered it for me with my email address and GW account keys. It might take them a day or so to respond, but they're pretty good when they do. Edit: Forgot to add, if you have forgotten the associated e-mail address, letting them you have the account keys should be enough evidence that you are the owner to recover or change it for you. They support guys (for GW at least) are pretty helpful. I know NCSoft has a bad rep, but I've not had any bad experiences myself.

Hmmm, you don't know your password and you dont' know the answers to your secret questions either? Sounds like you're really just trying to hack a friend's account.

If it's really your account, then contact Guild Wars support. You'll probably need to provide the account keys and store receipts to prove the account is yours.
