George W Bush is not allowed to run for a third term. Therefore, the answer is no.

George Herbert Walker Bush(father) is allowed to run for a second term. He will not because he enjoy private life.

Jed Bush(the brother) is qualified to run for the President.

Terrorist attack or not, there will not be another George W. Bush presidency, unless of course, there is someone else named George W. Bush that runs. GWB is ready and will be quite happy to step down from office. There is no plane to declare martial law and cancel the elections and suspend the constitution.

No. Even if, God forbid, there were another terrorist attack on US soil, George Bush does not have the support of the American people needed to run for President in 2012. His approval ratings are currently at the lowest point of his presidency. Unless history is rewritten, there is very little chance that George Bush would ever be electable to a third term.

Nope. The Constitution (which he calls a goddamn piece of paper) still applies and that means terrorist attack or not he cannot run again. He may try to envoke martial law but the people will rebel and he won't last long.

No - it is impossible. Unless a law gets passed cancelling the 2 term only law. Bush will not be president again.

Even though he likes to make his own rules, he cannot be President again. Thank God!

Legally, no, he can't be president ever again. But he stole the last two elections -- I can see him declaring martial law and suspending the constitution. And when that happens, I'm outta here.

Theoretically, he can be president. The limit to presidency is ten years. But he can't run for president.

Only if he names himself the supreme ruler of the USA. Which apparently you wish for. God help us all if that does happen.
