Goldwing I am with you on the coffee filters. I have had to resort to paper towels out of desperation. Actually, they work quite well, I no longer have coffee grounds in the coffee because I make a package out of the grounds.

I write a list. Then I either leave it at home, or can't find it in the garbage bag, (which is my handbag). Then I always forget, TOILET PAPER. And I can never understand why?

# 2 on the list is my most important staple: Coffee

# 1 on the list is, of course:...ta da! Coffee Filters!

I will break down at 7AM, huff off to the store and get coffee, come home and discover NO filters..washing filters sucks the big one! But I can happily report that you can actually wash and reuse a paper filter for about 10 times! :-) trust me, experience is speaking here.
And no matter how many times this ritual is repeated, it always seems to happen when I run out of the 3rd can of coffee I bought when I went coffee shopping that morning I awoke to no coffee..At 66, you would think I would learn....doesn't seem to happen.
Peace and love, Goldwing

I forget my list too, sometimes I end up having 2-3 laying around. I start them and then forget where the list is. lol One thing I forget is batteries and everything takes them now. The problem is when I do remember, I keep buying one size and end up with a bunch of them and then none of the ones I need.

LOL, sometimes I forget to take my list or I put the list in my purse and forget to take it out in the store. I usually always will forget at least one item. It's not the same item each time. Last time I went to the store, I forgot tortillas. My husband loves them and he just shook his head when he found out that I forgot them. Oops! Well, I ended up making fry bread instead which is almost like a tortilla but more like a flat bread.

I wish it were just one thing but it is at least items and they change weekly. I have to stop by at least twice a week or send a kid for dog food, dish detergent, seasonings or baggies.
I'm one of those people is it is much cheaper somewhere else I often say I will not pay that price I'll pick it up later. It would be easier to jsut pay the price and be done with shopping.

I forget anything I forgot to put on my list. Once in while I'll over look something on the list and not get it. Now and then I'll have a sweet tooth and forget to buy any sweets or anything to make something out of.

I forget my lists too, or I will read them before I get out of the car. Then I get inside and no matter how short the list is, there is always something I forgot.

Light bulbs. I trust myself to remember them, since it's so inconvenient to have the light over the sink out, but no-o-o! I've shopped four times and forgotten every single one of them.

Now they're on the list. Watch, I'll forget that.

It's eggs. I really need them for breakfasts and salads and sandwiches and for baking, and I always forget them. Even when I make a list and mark things off, somehow eggs get marked off without getting picked up.
