Unless doc has advised you not to have sex, then it's perfectly OK.. I have never heard that you couldn't unless it was for some medical reason. My husband and I had sex right up until the day before I had our daughter... (I was induced at 42 weeks) And we still have sex now while I am pregnant with our son at 31 weeks =)
So I say, unless doc says no...then GO FOR IT!

Yes you can have sex right up until the time you deliver, unless advised differently by your doctor, then of course you follow whatever they say. If you or partner do not have or the baby any health complications or STD's that could potentially harm the baby sex is OK!!!!

Unless there is a problem it is not true. You should ask your doctor...but if your pregnancy is going well with no problems there is no reason why you can't have sex. I had sex up til the day before delivery.

You can have sex as long as it is comfortable and enjoyable up until you deliver. Many doctors suggest sex as a possible option to begin labor if you are past your due date Semen contains some prostaglandins and having an orgasm may stimulate some contractions, it hasn't been proven to actually start labor but my point is that as long as you are still enjoying sex and it isn't hurting you then have fun!

No, it's rubbish. Unless of course your doctor has said otherwise for whatever reason.
You just have to use common sense, and perhaps go a little more gentle than you normally would. No positions which put pressure on your belly or back etc.
Have fun!

There is no reason why you can't have sex...some doctors encourage it to help you diolate. Unless your doctor says that you can't have sex...go right on with your bad self!! :) I did all the way up to 9 months...then I just felt too fat for anything and wanted it to be over with ;)

Unless the doctor has ordered you to not have sex or it makes you feel uncomfortable, you shouldn't worry about it.
As long as you don't feel any pain or discomfort you should be fine. If you still have any concerns ask your doctor at your next appointment.

Well if thats the case then I am in BIG BIG BIG trouble! You can have sex untill you deliver or stop sooner if your Dr says "no more" due to a medical problem.

Or untill your too tired to do the deed :)

that's not true.. you can in fact have sex up until the point when your waters burst.

the doctors even recommend most people have sex especially near their due date so that they could give birth on time, to induce labour.
having sex is fine... if you are still worried then speak with your Doc and they will tell you its fine.
