I'm thin all-around, so I don't wanna loose wight. I just wanna tone up (flatten) my stomach. I just joined the gym where I do a mile on the treadmill and basketball for two hours. Then I sit in the steam room/sauna.

What else would be good? I'm gonna start doing the bicycle and the treadmill for another mile.

Doing this three times a week, will I see results within a month?

Sometimes sit-ups or crunches can be a good thing but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they suggest.
