Organelles are membrane-bound structures within the cell. Cell wall and cytoplasmic membrane do not count as organelles. So the organelles of a plant cell are: nucleus, mitochondria, chloroplast, peroxisome, vacuole, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi complex, chromoplast, leucoplast, amyloplast and vesicles.

Lysosome is found only in animal cells.

It depends on the cell......what its function is....they all have basic simiarities but sometimes things are more emphasized than others...or compleatly left out.

Be more specific.
