You feel sorry for them; you forgive them; if all else fails, you stay away from them. Sorry this has happened to you...it's not fun, I know.

The bottom line is we can't control what anyone else does or does not do. If there is something you need to take responsibility for, then do it. Accept what you have done, ask for forgiveness, and make amends. If you already have and the other person refuses to let go, then it is up to you to let go. Let them feel and be wherever they are. You do not need to carry their baggage or burden. The choice is yours.

explain to them that you are sorry and are dissapointed that they wont let this go and say that you would really like their friendship again and then give them time and b nice and acknowdledge them with out speaking 2 them && let them make the 1st move

If it is interfering with your relationship, I let go of the relationship. If it isn't a big deal, I ignore this part of our relationship.
