Nothing because to take something for granted is to accept a statement as true without question or critical analysis.

I used to take most things for granted when i was younger, but since suffering ill health that has changed.
I take nothing for granted. I value everything. Health is so important, without it, you have nothing, can do nothing.
In this world, things are impermanent, and we don't know how long anything/anyone will last. We must be in the here and now and make the most of everything we have.
Life is tough but it is precious too.
Good luck in life x

Very few. I take for granted the sun will keep shining and the world will keep turning. I take for granted the air where I live (in the country) will continue to be breathable. I take for granted that my family will love me and support me, as long as I love and support them. Aside from that ... I can't think of much I take for granted. Life is filled with uncertainty and you can't really count on anything to stay the same. Indeed, coping with change and learning to adapt is what keeps life interesting. Otherwise it would get boring pretty quickly.

I think we all take way too much for granted. Our freedom is number one and being healthy and having a job and being able to enjoy nature in all of its beauty. Just a few of the many blessings all Americans have.

I've thought about that a lot and of course there are many, too numerous to mention but breathing is such an unconscious experience, unless you can't take a breath (due to illness or other reasons) and then you realize how lucky you are to breath without thinking what makes up a breath and the process your body goes through to exchange the air we breath into our blood system to keep us alive and the atmosphere with it's mixture of gasses and moisture compatible to what our bodies need. What a fabulous, complicated process taking a breath is.

Any time I'm not totally focused on what's going on in that moment, I am automatically taking something for granted. Each moment is a beautiful thing, and it only happens once.

The littelest of things that make all the difference. Just when I think I'm doing so much better, appreciating things, taking things for what they're worth, and being a better person all around, something winds up and smacks me in the face.. and I realize all over again.. that even the smallest things, the most fragile of things, can change your entire perspective, can make all the difference..
