To me it is when you are talking to someone and they are telling you a story and then their phone rings and they answer it. Not only rude, but frustrating. Also when you hear about something on the news, but you never quite find out what happened. Like did they ever catch the killer? Did they find the person that was missing? Either they never follow up or I am constantly missing it! But we sure as h*** will know whats up with Britney at all times!!! Ugh, I got myself all worked up now. lol
