Does somebody knows wich is the equivalent rating in USA for a 4 years university degree in sociology from a?

Belgian university.I have also an aggregation(for teaching).I need this information for my appliance to the Green Card lottery.Do I have a master for USA or only a degree?

Usually a 4-year degree is considered just a bachelor's. The generally rule is that the high schools in Europe are much stronger, and a diploma would perhaps be considered more the equivalent of an associate's degree, but that the universities are weaker, and thus a bachelor's degree is just a degree.
