okay so I have to make points for a debate and we are supporting the topic that " Euthanasia should be legalized " .
But I don't know any reason why it should be legalized,actually I can't think of any !! I need help please , can anyone give me any reason why Euthanasia should be legalized ??? please?
Euthanasia : the practice (illegal in most countries) of killing without pain , of a person who is suffering from a disease that cannot be cured.

Uhhh some points could be:
-Like you mentioned in the definition, killing without pain of someone who is suffering a disease that can't be killed
-Less suffering because the person won't like to keep living with the disease
-Not actually called killing if both consent or so...
Search up on Google if you need anymore info. That's all I can think on top of my head.

You could talk about how people are allowed to make living wills stating that they can be taken off life support if they are in a comma, etc. And try and use that as a basis for your argument (why is it okay for them to choose to die peacefully then but not when suffering a terminal disease or injury?). You could also argue that an individual should be able to decide that they would rather die peacefully rather than go through excruciating pain and make the point that we are a country that allows abortion on the basis that it's a woman's right to do what she'd like with her body and is this really that different (people deciding what to do with their own body)?

Suppose you had a relative with Alzheimer's disease. He can no longer recognize anyone or take care of himself. He has no bladder control and wanders away unless someone watches him 24 hrs a day. What kind of life is that? Would you want to live like that?
Or... what if you had a form of cancer that was incurable and was excruciatingly painful? The strongest drugs can't help the pain. Would you want to live like that for who knows how long?

Debate Premise: " Euthanasia should be legalized " .
1. Heirs can have their.... PARENTS KILLED... in order to Obtain their Inheritance... SOONER!
2. A Cranky NEIGHBOR....could be Legally Eliminated!
3. Your Brother or Sister.... could be ELIMINATED... so that The TOTAL INHERITANCE would be..... "All YOURS!"
4. Someone.... who you... " JUST DIDN'T LIKE " Could be Legally Eliminated....!
5. YOU could steal your BEST FRIENDS.... Boyfriend or Girlfriend..... without Any Recuperation's!
6. And the BEST REASON...... Is that.... " YOU ".... TOO.... Could be Eliminated!
Their are already Clinics in Switzerland that will end life for YOU Today!
The Nazi Germans had the Same " Euthanasia ".....PROGRAM.... and they Called it...... THE FINAL SOLUTION!

Not that I support Euthansia, but there are reasons. One would say that the people that are suffering would be put out of their misery.

try this : lay down in bed . don't move at all . ever . now imagine a horrible all encompassing pain , its constant , drug don't help , you will be this way till you die , no hope for a miracle cure . now some shmuck says i can't pop a few enditalls ? see also Hemlock society .
