Yes you can still get tanned or burned, but if I were you, I wouldn't wear foundation in Orlando. In humid weather, it could make your skin look oily and feel greasy. Just use concealer where you really need it.

yes just got back from turkey wore make up every day and face is tanned

Yes unless it has spf sunscreen in it ,you may tan blotchy
though with makeup on.

Yeh you can, if I was you i'd go natural though because it wont look as good as before trust me ive tried!

yes but it would probably cause spots becuase the sun would make you sweaty and the make up and sweat would mix lol
