Depends what the Pisces is looking for. Cancer offers loving, warm passion and loyalty, but Cancer can be jealous and possessive. However, Cancer will always take care of Pisces.
Scorpio, on the other hand, offers a red hot sex life and constant stimulation, but Scorpios often play games and tend to act out when jealous, refusing to admit the truth of their feelings. Pisces offers a great calming element in Scorpio's life.
