Anyone who attempts to separate themselves from the collective by innovative thought will quickly be reminded of the "greater good".
Come on, Penelope. Do you not support legislation that will drive away the best and brightest medical professionals?

Boy, you really get off on a rant, don't you?
FYI, the "moral busybodies" in this country have used
initiative and referendum to enact things like smoking bans. That's the way government works, hon. It's the American way.
What the hell does this have to do with "original thought?"
And for the 100th time, there are very good, very successful universal health care programs on this planet. Stop pretending as if they don't exist.

As a Vietnam veteran I looked into getting healthcare at the local veterans hospital. The parking lot and the waiting room were overflowing and I was told that I would have to be examined by their doctors, not the doctors that I have been a patient of for many years. This was 10 years ago. I left the veterans hospital and never returned. I wonder how long Hillary would have to wait for a pap smear?

well considering I've been waiting - oh - about my entire life, (aside from those years as being a dependent on my parents' insurance) - for an economically feasable doctor, waiting only 6 months sounds like a dream
it's been over a year since the last time I went to a doctor, and that was because I was afraid I'd broken a bone, not from the pain - and I can't afford health insurance, and none is provided by the employer for whom I work nearly 60 hours a week

yes. you have my sympathy in regards to your need to have frequent pap smears.
Added. Why wouldn't you need an alarm clock? If you are really a woman the age you say you are a 6 month wait on a pap smear would be no big deal. At your age unless you have a diagnosed problem you don't need one more fequently than once a year. I love the people that don't think before they troll or answer questions

to respond to your question, confident. merely you would be able to desire to awaken now. Now to remark in this: Is the nannification of u . s . via ethical busybodies and nitpicking maternalists who use government capacity to micromanage our very own lives and preserve us from ourselves going to render unique theory unneccessary? Hah! that's exactley what the conservatives do, legislate morality. we now have a daddy state, at the same time with your daddy bush as your ultimate chief. who's your next daddy? Guiliani? keep me daddy, keep me!

i've concluded, (from looking at previous questions you raised) , that you are in the dark about a lot of things. That, especially being politics.
Hillary is seeking to provide affordable health care, not get rid of the private sector all together. If you can afford to $300-$400 per month for premium health care, than you will have it(if you want to). But for those that cannot afford it. There will be an alternative.

Okay let me get this staright. You are saying that a Hilary Clinton led governement would be more intrusive on our lives than the Bush admin has been for the last 8 years. Seriously, you don't believe that do you?
