HELP! Why do I have small dips (like road “dips”) on my big toe?

You've seen dips on the road, right? Well, I have small dips on my big toe for some reason. It doesn't hurt and this started like 2 years ago (I think).

Is this something dangerous? Who should I go to?

This could be an indication of something like a circulation problem but the only way to know for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
