Here's the complete list of all Presidential and Vice Presidential salaries.

The first was $25,000 (President) and $5000 (VP) beginning in 1789.

Our first President, George Washington, refused a salary, but asked that Congress cover all his expenses. Ol' George ran up one hell of an expense account!
But, still, it was better than what we pay our incompetent President today: $400,000 plus all expenses.
