I locked and parked my spare bicycle for about 1 year already. Recently, I tried to unlock it WITH THE CORRECT KEY, but it cannot open ALTHOUGH THE KEY TURNED THE LOCK. I poured oil (a lot) into the hole and tried again and again but still cannot open. 2 days later, I sprayed WD40 into the key hole and tried again and again but still cannot open.

What should I do next?
Pls don't suggest "saw it" or "cut it with bolt" or any other way that use FORCE.

You might try Liquid wrench, but really how much of an heirloom piece is this frozen lock?

Since you don't want to use force have a friend or neighbor cut the dam thing off! Come on, how much do you want to go through for a lock worth a few dollars?

Ask someone at a bike shop. They may be able to give suggestions. Otherwise, try to contact the lock manufacturer and ask their advice. Good luck.

once the mechanism has siezed inside it may be your only choice to cut it but you can try other agents first such as lock anti sieze or somthing called PB40 sold at auto parts stores
