I need to take introductory financial accounting course. But, I could not find any college offering courses during winter break. The location does not matter, but urban area would be better.

Louisiana State University has lower level financial accounting online. You can do it any semester. They do require a proctored final exam and two other proctored exam so you need access to an exam center or proctor that won't cost you a bunch extra.

LSU is regionally accredited so these should transfer wherever you want, but contact the school first to make sure.

While I cannot suggest the actual institution, I can offer some advice. Wherever you decide to pursue the online course, be sure before you start and before any money gets involved that the credits are legitimate and that they will transfer back to the institution you are attending. If the online course is offered by a legitimate, "brick and mortar" college with real classrooms and a real campus, then it is probably safe. If, however, it is from a school which is strictly "online," is based somewhere that you never heard of, and can only be reached by telephone or e-mail, then those are warning signs.
