As if the reporters are going to fess up so they can get blocked from everybody's questions!

I reported a person on here asking whether anyone was interested in buying pictures of him having sex with his fourteen year old daughter! I do not regret that action at all!
I'm not best pleased when I click to answer a question and find the question is not about what the lead in says - be honest in the header then it gives people choice to answer the question or not - this would probably cut half the violations!
I like Q&A and the fun side to it - I can't understand what pleasure people get in reporting others for the 'fun' of it. I stay out of sections where I know I will be upset.

I think the only time I have reported anybody was when they are going in every question and putting REPORTED or I have reported you. So I report people for saying they report people is I guess what i am saying. Haha that's pretty funny.

I have never reported anyone in P&S. I have reported questions in other categories that were blatantly racist or questions that discussed sex and children. Many people report those type of questions though and they seem to get deleted quickly. I don't bother reporting anything else. If I don't like the question, I go on to another one.

I used to occasionally report really major stuff, but now I've decided I'm opposed to all reporting.
Why should I do Yahoo's dirty work for them? If they can't keep the site clean on their own, then too bad for them.
So spam, filth, insults, whatever ... go for it, because I don't care any more.

I only did once. The question was so unbelievably hateful and racist. It was awful. And I debated about it, since I don't really want to do that unless it's beyond bad. And this question was. Otherwise, if a question is pretty bad, I'll leave it alone and go on to another question.

No, I think reporting is the ultimate in retardation. You always have the choice to ignore someone, like most mentally healthy people do.

I always do my reporting in Pyjamas and Slippers. I find it helps to concentrate my sense of righteous indignation so much better than when I do it in flippers and a basque.
