Hello
I sincerely would recommend you to go swimming, you train your whole body and you will get muscles on the whole body.
You must only see the bodys of the swimmer athlets and you will agree with me.
I swimm three times in the week and I'm lifting weights 4 times in a week, so that my muscles are hard but not too much or big.
That's my best advise I can give you, I hope that it can really help you.

You'll never get anything without applying yourself. You want muscles? You have to work for them.
