I don't actually want to visit a cemetary ANYTIME, however, some of my coworkers and I have been arguing about whether or not there is an actual law concerning this.

Private property laws. many are privately owned and some by the City or County. In either case, hours are usually posted and can be enforced by law enforcement. It is trespassing if you enter in other than the hours posted.

There are no specific laws about cemeteries that I know of. There don't need to be. Trespass laws, and breaking an entering, and all other laws still apply to cemeteries.

I seriously doubt it, but state statutes differ so it would be wise to check them.

Generally cemeteries have posted access hours. If you visit at other times it can be considered trespassing --- and trespassing is mentioned in all state statutes.

Simple trespass law will be sufficient - either the cemetery is
city/county/federal owned, or private property.

I think most or all such laws would be city ordinances. Contact your city about this.
