by the time i realised that i was having contractions they was coming between 3 and 4 mins apart and lasting about a minute each time.
I got in a hot bath to get myself clean for the hospital and that sent me into full blown labour, i got out the bath went to the hospital and 11 mins later my son was born.

So if i was you get in the bath walk around a bit or run upstairs if you have them and by my reckoning your baby will be here by tomorrow at the latest.

Good luck hun,xx

It is going again to invasions each peaceable and warlike in the course of our historical past. The English are a mongrel race made up by way of row upon row of invaders lengthy earlier than written historical past and for a couple of centuries after it. As the invaders intermarried with the itinerant populace so the languages and ways of pronunciation have been amended as time went on. Definatley sounds like labor, you should go back to the hospital, cause if your water did end up breaking they will want the baby out within 24 hours to avoid infection and complications. Plus if you are in that much pain they should at least be able to help you out is some way, even if its just putting your mind at ease.

You poor thing...my heart goes out to you...but this sometimes happens when your just about ready to deliver....it's called pressure pains...the baby is so big now that he/she is pressing on all of your nerves in that area, just try to elevate you legs...and try to stay off of your feet.....I know a lot of women who have suffered this at the time of their due date....especially with the first baby....I hope that it's over for you soon....why not get every family member that you can help you so that you can stay off your feet....even if you have to pay a teenage girl to come in and help you ....do it....good luck to you...maybe by the time that you read this it will be over...I hope, good luck, we're all praying for you, it doesn't sound like your in labor...but with that first baby it could take days...if you were already at the hospital they usually know what their doing, so you'll probably be going in soon... what you've described is the beginning of labor !!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to labor! It is probably the worse pain you will ever have during your entire life. The fluid is bladder leakeage and is totally common during labor. You should go to the hospital because they can give you medications to help with the discomfort, and also to help speed things along. A long labor can cause exhaustion and make it very difficult for you to give birth. Try to relax, it's the best thing for your baby right now. Good luck and congratulations to you.

Try walking around---if walking helps the pain, you're having false labor. If walking increases the contractions, go to the hospital. If you're feeling all that pressure, I would think it's time for you to go! Good luck!

Honey, anytime after your water has broken you are subject to infections that can be dangerous. I did not have a single contraction for 12 hours after my water broke with my 4th child and they would not let me go home because my water had broken and the risk of infection is bad. You need to go right in. But, it sounds to me like you are having this baby today!!!! Get going unless you are prepared to cut the cord yourself, young lady!

If you have an amniotic fluid leak, they need to get keep you in the hospital or have you on bed rest. Call the doctor now and let them know you're leaking. That's what they're there for. When it comes to your baby, it's better to be safe than sorry.

You sound like you're in active labor. You need to be in the hospital. Why did they send you home? Your water has already broken. Get to the nearest emergency room.

I would say definitely go to the hospital and refuse to leave. You and only you know your body better than anyone else. If the pain is unbearable and you cannot function normally, it is best to be under the supervision of trained professionals.
