Will my crested gecko drink from his water bowl. I know that they tend to lick droplets of leafs, but even though my humidity is around 76-80% I don't see any water droplets on the leaves.

Some do fdrink from water bowls, but generally they just drink droplets of water.
If there are none in his house you can either give the tank a light misting with tepid water and they will drink off any plants (plastic or real) that are in there.
Another way of creating droplets is to set up a small dripper system like you would with a chameleon. There are various ways of doing this but a pop bottle with a small hole in the bottom is the easiest (and cheapest way). Put a small mesh shelf in and secure the pop bottle on this. That way your gecko can drink when it wishes.
They do get a lot of moisture from the soft fruit in the diet as well so don't panic if you don't see it drink.

Mist lightly once or twice a day. I keep a bowl of water in the cage for mine.
