Israel is a single country surrounded by nations that would destroy it if they could.

They have little room for "ethical warfare", but they still try, most of the time.

We have a huge country with resources that make our enemies look like paupers. We have all the leeway necessary to be "ethical" and "nice" in our warfare.

If we were pushed to the wall, we'd use EVERY means to survive,...

...and if we didn't, we'd deserve the extinction we chose.

Well the truth is America does, really. And Israel honestly has a lot to be thankful to America. They're allies and consistently 'have each others backs'. But let's not fool ourselves, America has one of the largest and best armies in the world, and while Israel doesn't have the largest military, not by far, they are credited with having one of the best. For good reason, which is why they're called in to consult with the American Armed Forces, etc.

Check out this site, it has a lot of good info, news and community stuff. www.virtualjerusalem.com One of my faves.

" Israel seems to do whatever it takes to defend itself." ...your words.

Israel is the largest exporter of terrorism in the Mideast ...period.

One of the boldest and most insidious lies propagated by the leadership of the Zionists, the Dominionists, the Religious Right, and by their whores in Washington is that the Middle East is populated primarily by Islamic extremists with an insatiable thirst for the blood of "innocent American Christians" and who are hell bent on eliminating "those poor chronic victims" illegally occupying the land of the Palestinians and committing genocide against them.

Over the last century, this "good Christian nation" and our friends in Israel have slaughtered, murdered, and tortured millions of Islamic people, both directly and indirectly (through proxy dictators). In contrast, Islamic murders of Americans, Christians and Jews are a relative drop in the bucket. Rather than "spreading freedom and democracy", Bush has the United States spreading imperialism, torture, and murder of innocent civilians. Saddam Hussein’s removal from power was a mere sideshow. If the United States was so concerned with its moral obligation to remove a ruthless dictator from power, there were many others they could have targeted. It was oil, power, and increased security for our terrorist proxy occupying Palestine that motivated the United States to invade Iraq.

yes they do. including duping the U.S. to get itself involved in problems Israel created.
So - let them continue doing "whatever it takes to defend itself." Just leave the U.S. OUT OF IT !!

Because Israel don't have an ACLU, or a bunch or wimps like Reid, Durbon, or Pelosi, as senators.
